Newly Approved Paint Schemes

There are three ways to access the newly approved paint schemes from Dunn Edwards Paint Store:

1)  Go online to the Dunn Edwards website to review our HOA new color choices at https://www.dunnedwards.com/colors/archive/color-ark_pro/riverhaven/riverhaven.
  • Note:  Colors may appear differently on your computer screen. It is highly suggested you view the paint scheme in person or use a small sample on your home before actually painting to ensure the colors work for you.
2)  Go to the Dunn Edwards paint store at 4320 E. Speedway and ask to see the Riverhaven Association paint color options in person.
3)  Or, you can make arrangements with our Community Manager, Daniel Perez  (DPerez@cadden.com) to drop by the Cadden offices to view the new color boards in person.
NOTE: The newly approved paint schemes include only 3 colors — house body, trim, and front door. The 3 color palate was achieved by combining the house body and garage into the same color. Trim includes fascia (along roof line) and architectural accents over the garage, windows, and front door area (as applicable). If you have questions about how to utilize the new paint schemes on your home, please contact our Community Manager before beginning your project.
Original Paint Schemes
KB used Sherwin Williams as the paint provider when the homes were originally built — but they have since been renamed Frazee Paints. The colors are the same, but purchasing now goes through Frazee. Note: Paint colors from one pallet may not be mixed with colors from other pallets, and only approved colors may be used. Colors may appear differently on your computer screen. It is highly suggested you view the paint scheme in person or use a small sample on your home before actually painting to ensure the colors work for you.
